Not medical advice

The information on the Site (including condition pages, articles, and any other educational content) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Reading content on the Site does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and MobilityWoRx PT or any of its providers.

Information on the Site is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional who knows your full clinical picture. No clinician-patient relationship through the Site

Submitting an appointment request through the Site or otherwise communicating with us via the Site does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. A clinician-patient relationship is established only when you have been formally accepted as a patient and have completed the required intake process.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its networks
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our express written permission
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
