Personal Training

Clinician-led training. No setbacks.

Strength and conditioning programmed by a doctor of physical therapy. Train the way you'd want to be coached if you'd ever been hurt. Because you have.

The hardest moment in any rehab is the day a clinician says "you're discharged." Then you have to figure out what's safe on your own.

That's the gap MobilityWoRx training is built to close. Same clinician, same hands, same understanding of how you got hurt. The programming just starts pushing instead of protecting. Strength, mobility, and conditioning written for the actual body in front of me, not a generic intermediate.

Some of our training clients have never done PT with us. They come because they've decided "winging it at the gym" isn't enough. They want a coach who reads movement the way a clinician does, and who knows when to back off and when to load. Either path works.

The goal isn't one peak workout. It's keeping you doing the thing you love, decade over decade, without the trips back to rehab.

What's included

Training that does the unsexy work too.

Movement screen

What we keep, what we change, what we add to. Honest about what's worth your time.

Programming

Strength, mobility, and conditioning written in advance, adjusted in real time when life or recovery shifts.

Coached sessions

1-on-1 in-home, with the same hands-on eye that ran your rehab. Form fixed before reps, not after.

Built-in resilience

Your old injuries get programmed around and trained back to capacity, not avoided forever.

FAQ

Common questions.

How is this different from a typical personal trainer?
Most personal trainers are great motivators and program generalists, but they didn't train for years to read joints, tissue, and pain. A doctor of physical therapy did. So we can program harder than rehab and smarter than gym-floor coaching, with a clinician's eye for what's safe to push and what's about to flare up.
Do I need to have done PT first?
No. Plenty of clients come straight to training. If something flares up while we work, we have everything we need on hand: manual therapy, dry needling, the right rehab progressions. No starting over with a different provider.
Where do sessions happen?
Wherever you train. At home, in your basement gym, at your office gym, or at a studio you already use. We bring the equipment we need and program against what you have.
How often should we train?
Most clients work one or two sessions a week with us and follow programming on their own days. Some come in for monthly check-ins to refine programming they're running themselves.
What does it cost?
We keep pricing simple and cash-pay, and we walk you through it on a free discovery call once we understand your goals.
